Selling a property while living abroad can have its challenges. Karen and her team looked after every aspect of the sale of my property efficiently and professionally. There was excellent communication every step of the way as I was kept informed of every event throughout the process. She created an excellent video of the property as part of the advertising effort which really show-cased the highlights including proximity to local amenities, schools etc.  There were many viewings which were carried out promptly and efficiently.
